The 75th Republic Day Parade is happening on January 26, 2024, at Kartavya Path. This time, it's all about celebrating women's empowerment and showcasing diverse achievements. The theme is 'Viksit Bharat' and 'Bharat - Loktantra ki Matruka.'

The main themes are 'Viksit Bharat' and 'Bharat - Loktantra ki Matruka,' announced by Defence Secretary Shri Giridhar Aramane. He said that the parade will mainly feature women marching groups, showing India's diverse culture and progress. This supports Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's idea that 'India is truly a mother of democracy.' So, the parade will focus on women's power and India's cultural richness.

The main guest at the event is Mr. Emmanuel Macron, the President of France. He is coming to make the event special. From France, there will be 95 people marching and 33 people playing music in a band. Also, there will be aeroplanes from the French Air Force flying over in the parade.

The parade is important because it shows what the government wants to achieve, which is people working together. About 13,000 special guests, who are excellent in different areas and help with government plans, are invited. They will sit in an important place called Kartavya Path.

The list of VIP guests includes Vibrant Village Sarpanches, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan women workers, officials from the electronic manufacturing sector, international sports event winners, Yoga teachers from Ayushman Bharat, Paralympic medalists, National School Band Competition winners and many more.
