Brand-Wise Performance

Mahindra Last Mile Mobility

Mahindra Last Mile Mobility maintained its leadership in the electric three-wheeler goods segment with 615 vehicle registrations in May 2026. Although the company recorded a 7.9% year-on-year growth, its sales declined slightly by 4.5% compared to April 2026, when it registered 644 units. In May 2025, Mahindra had registered 570 units.

Despite the month-on-month decline, Mahindra continues to dominate the segment with the highest registrations among all OEMs.

Bajaj Auto

Bajaj Auto delivered an impressive performance in May 2026, registering 524 electric goods three-wheelers. The company posted a 20.5% year-on-year growth and a 13.7% month-on-month increase. Bajaj had registered 461 units in April 2026 and 435 units in May 2025.

The strong growth indicates increasing acceptance of Bajaj's electric cargo vehicle portfolio among commercial operators across the country.

Omega Seiki

Omega Seiki ranked third in the segment with 331 registrations in May 2026. The company witnessed a significant 40.3% month-on-month growth, rising from 236 units in April 2026. Compared to May 2025, registrations remained nearly stable at 330 units, resulting in a marginal 0.3% year-on-year growth.

The sharp monthly increase reflects improving demand for Omega Seiki's electric cargo solutions.

Dilli Electric

Dilli Electric reported 229 registrations in May 2026, making it one of the fastest-growing brands during the month. The company had registered 153 units in April 2026 and only 25 units in May 2025. This translated into a remarkable 49.7% month-on-month growth.

The performance highlights the company's growing presence in India's electric cargo vehicle market.

Euler Motors

Euler Motors registered 218 units in May 2026. The company experienced a 25.9% year-on-year decline and an 18% month-on-month drop. Euler had registered 266 units in April 2026 and 294 units in May 2025.

The figures suggest that the company faced a challenging month compared to several competitors that reported growth.

KPT Industries

KPT Industries recorded 150 registrations in May 2026. Since there were no registrations reported in April 2026 and May 2025, year-on-year and month-on-month growth comparisons were not available. However, the entry indicates the company's increasing participation in the electric three-wheeler goods segment.

Growing Demand for Electric Cargo Vehicles

India's electric three-wheeler goods vehicle market continues to expand as fleet operators and small businesses adopt electric mobility solutions. Lower running costs, government support for EV adoption, and the growth of e-commerce and last-mile delivery services are helping drive demand.

The latest registrations show that established players such as Mahindra Last Mile Mobility and Bajaj Auto continue to strengthen their positions, while emerging brands are also gaining traction in the market.
