In a celebration of agricultural innovation and sustainable practices, Dr. Rajaram Tripathi, an accomplished Indian farmer, has been honoured with the prestigious "Millionaire Farmer of India Award 2023." His remarkable journey from a normal farmer to a global advocate for organic farming. He received recognition and a week-long, all-expenses-paid trip to Brazil, sponsored by APEXBRASIL.
Tripathi's expertise in organic farming has set him apart in the agricultural community. His commitment to sustainability and environmental consciousness has been pivotal in earning him this esteemed award. Not just a farmer, Tripathi holds degrees in B.Sc., LLB., and M.A. in five different subjects, showcasing his mixed approach to agriculture and education.

His commitment extends beyond his farms. He founded an "Ethno Medico Garden" housing over 300 rare and almost-extinct medicinal plants, demonstrating his dedication to preserving traditional medicinal wisdom and promoting biodiversity.
His innovative approach to agriculture in India includes the introduction of the 'High Yield Multi-Layer Cropping Pattern,' educating numerous farmers on the significance of organic farming. For 30 years, Tripathi has planted and nurtured over 30 lakh plants in Bastar, Chhattisgarh, contributing significantly to the region's green cover.
