Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) is a government initiative where subsidies, assistance, or welfare payments are directly deposited into the beneficiary’s bank account.

Aadhaar card
Land documents (Khasra-Khatauni or B-1)
Photocopy of bank passbook
Mobile number
After document verification, your name will be added to the DBT beneficiary list.
Once approved, the subsidy or assistance amount from government schemes will be directly credited to your bank account.
While DBT has simplified the process, some issues still exist:
Poor internet and network access in rural areas affect online registration.
Lack of awareness among farmers about the DBT process and schemes.
Technical errors like incorrect bank account details or Aadhaar-linking problems can cause payment failures.
