GreenLine Logistics is India's first and only LNG-fueled heavy trucks logistics company.

Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited, India's largest cement maker, has deployed 35 LNG trucks. Dalmia Bharat Limited is also a subsidiary of the company. These 35 trucks run on LNG fuel, and this endeavor is a step toward a more environmentally friendly supply chain.
The first batch of 35 trucks arrived at the Chandrapur Plant in Maharashtra on Monday. In April, the Company's Tamil Nadu facility will get the second batch of 25 trucks.
Dalmia Cements intends to convert 10% of its 3,000-truck fleet. The strategy for cleaner and greener transportation will be implemented by the end of FY 24.
GreenLine Logistics is India's first and only LNG-fueled heavy trucks logistics company. The company has joined forces with the company.
For the transportation of raw materials and bagged cement, the company is introducing two types of LNG trucks: trailer trucks and bulker trucks. These trucks will have a range of 50 to 600 kilometers for inbound and outbound logistics.
According to the company, GreenLine's LNG trucks lower CO2 emissions by approximately 28%, resulting in an emission reduction of around 24 tonnes of CO2 per truck per year when compared to conventional diesel trucks.
This equates to 840 tonnes of CO2 reduction per year for the first fleet of 35 LNG trucks. Furthermore, these LNG trucks dramatically lower other harmful emissions, such as SOx emissions by up to 100%, NOx emissions by up to 59%, and Particulate Matter by up to 91%.
The company is moving forward with the goal of becoming carbon negative by 2040. Meanwhile, GreenLine Logistics is working to reduce the carbon footprint of heavy trucking in India. In addition, they have established the country's first and only complete green logistics ecosystem to encourage the use of LNG-fueled long haulage vehicles.
Dalmia Cement is also the Climate Group's first triple joiner company for the EP 100, EV 100, and RE 100 programs.
To reduce emissions, the corporation has a three-pronged strategy:
