Tata Motors has reached a milestone in the hydrogen-powered transportation segment with the inauguration of two new Research and Development (R&D) plants in Pune, Maharashtra.The unveiling ceremony featured an engine test cell dedicated to developing hydrogen internal combustion engines (H2ICE) and infrastructure for storing and dispensing hydrogen fuel, all of which are required for fuel cells and H2ICE vehicles.

These farmers have set a good example by not burning paddy stubble.
By refraining from stubble burning, they have not only contributed to improving air quality but have also preserved the soil health, water resources, and biodiversity in the region.
The award ceremony was held in the district administrative complex and was presided over by Deputy Commissioner Captain Karnail Singh, who praised the farmers for their commitment to environmentally responsible methods. Lal Biswas, SDM of Kapurthala, and Jaspreet Singh, SDM of Sultanpur Lodhi, both attended the occasion.

It includes 10 Switch Metrocity 9.5m electric buses and 60 Slimline Solo 8.5m Euro 6 certified buses. Switch Metrocity electric buses will operate on Route W11 in London.

This expansion marks a significant milestone, enabling Piaggio to establish a nationwide presence for its electric three-wheelers.
The Ape E-city FX NE Max has impressive features, including a substantial driving range of 145 kilometers on a single charge, making it ideal for urban and suburban commuting requirements. Additionally, it has a remarkable 20% gradeability, ensuring it can effortlessly navigate hilly terrains. According to a press statement from Tresa Motors, the addition of seasoned experts to their senior engineering team is set to boost the company, propelling it to new heights of success in the electric trucking industry. The hiring will bring the organization's staff to more than 150 people.
Women are trained to drive tractors for Agricultural Tasks

The Koovappady Block Panchayat, located in the heart of Kerala, recently completed an eight-day training session under the Mahila Kisan Saktheekaran Pariyojana. The main aim of this training session is to strengthen women in the agricultural sector. The block panchayat officials sponsored this project to ensure women's active engagement in farming and agricultural activities.
A group of 20 motivated ladies from the Koovappady block panchayat participated in this one-of-a-kind training program. The training was divided into two batches of ten women each, all eager to learn the ins and outs of tractor operating and other important farming skills.
The training sessions at Kodanad Baselios Public School saw a wonderful demonstration of dedication and passion on the part of the participants. CSIR Unveils India's First Compact Electric Tractor for Small-Scale Farmers
CSIR CMERI has a long history of inventing and developing tractors of various sizes and horsepower. To fulfil the needs of small and marginal farmers, the first indigenous Swaraj Tractor was developed in 1965, followed by the 35hp Sonalika tractor in 2000 and the 12hp Krishi Shakti small diesel tractor in 2009. Building on this tradition, CMERI set out to advance tractor technology, which resulted in the development of the CSIR Prima ET11 Electric Tractor.
The CSIR Prima ET11 Electric tractor was developed and built using original components and technologies. The tractor's main aim is to meet the demand for agricultural field applications, and it has been built with elements such as how it moves, where the weight is distributed, how it switches gears, and the positions of the levers and pedals in mind.
Another advantage of this tractor is that it is suitable for women. Controls have been rearranged to make them more accessible to women, and mechanical components have been replaced with electronic switches to simplify operation. The technology used in this tractor is user-friendly, with special care given to the convenience and ease of use.
