The new Bridgestone Dueler All-Terrain A/T002 is designed and manufactured in Europe and is available in 43 sizes ranging from 15 to 19 inches. Bridgestone's European R&D Centre used Virtual Tyre Development technology to design and test the all-terrain tyre.
Bridgestone has introduced the Bridgestone Dueler All-Terrain A/T002, a premium all-terrain tyre that provides 4x4 drivers with complete control over any terrain. The Bridgestone Dueler All-Terrain A/T002 is designed to help drivers overcome off-road conditions.
Aggressive tyre design for improved adaptation and reactivity in a variety of terrains. Notably, its unique hexagonal block shape and pattern architecture provide outstanding grip and braking balance on a variety of terrain, as well as the ability to capture mud and snow while remaining clean when back on the asphalt.
Excellent wet and dry grip for maximum control in straight and turning manoeuvres. The Bridgestone Dueler All-Terrain A/T002 has an excellent wet-surface grip thanks to its high silica compound. The tyre is also 3PMSF and M+S approved, making it completely winter-ready and in compliance with winter tyre legislation.
Improved mileage by 40% over its predecessor, thanks to a wider footprint, a better contact patch, and improved skid depth. A premium tyre that fits the demands of 4x4 drivers for safety, all-terrain performance, and adventure.
"According to extensive market research, drivers of 4x4 vehicles seek freedom and adventure, as well as safety and reassurance that they are ready to tackle the road ahead, regardless of the weather or terrain. With the new Bridgestone Dueler All-Terrain A/T002, we offer all 4x4 drivers the confidence and control they need to push their vehicles to their full potential in tackling both on- and off-road conditions, whether they are looking for adventure or simply using their vehicle for their daily work," said Emilio Tiberio, Chief Technical Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Bridgestone EMIA.
This environmentally friendly technology allows a digital version of an in-development tyre to be developed and tested virtually before producing prototypes, resulting in raw material and CO2 emissions reductions during development.
