Support for Small Farmers Through Shared Machinery

Drone-based custom hiring centres are intended to make services such as pesticide and fertiliser spraying through drones available to farmers at the village level.

Beneficiaries to Be Selected Through Lottery

Since the number of applicants can be higher than the available machinery and scheme benefits, eligible beneficiaries will be selected through a lottery system.

Farmers selected through the lottery will receive a 15-day permit to purchase the approved agricultural equipment. The farmer must initially pay the full purchase price of the equipment.

After the purchase and verification process, the eligible subsidy amount will be transferred directly to the farmer's bank account through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).

Farmers who are not selected in a particular lottery round can apply again in the next round.
