Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG, announced the addition of five additional 3S dealerships to the BharatBenz sales and service network in India's North, Northeast, and Southern regions.
As per the reports, the five new BharatBenz network locations were opened in Trichy (Tamil Nadu), Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh), Jind (Haryana), Aizwal (Mizoram), and Dimapur (Nagaland). In addition, the company has established an exclusive spare parts outlet in Vandalur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. These new BharatBenz dealerships are strategically positioned near national and state routes to provide consumers with rapid and dependable service.

"India's infrastructure development is on an upward trajectory, which is a great sign for the commercial vehicle industry. This facilitates a faster reach to all markets. We will continue to grow our sales and service presence in the coming months, with the goal of reaching 350 network sites by the end of 2023," said Sreeram Venkateswaran, President and CBO of Daimler India Commercial Vehicles.
With 30 BharatBenz facilities in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, 32 in Tamil Nadu, and 11 in the Northeast, the business boasts that 8,000 qualified service professionals can service over 6 lakh vehicles per year across the country.
The new BharatBenz dealership in Moradabad is the 20th active 3S dealership in Uttar Pradesh, serving significant areas such as Amroha, Bijnor, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Hapur, and Bulandshahr. This one is designed to service roughly 2400 automobiles per year.

In addition, the organization has expanded its presence in other areas, establishing 11 active network locations in the North-East. DICV recently expanded its footprint on the National Highway connecting Silchar and Aizawl in Mizoram and Dabaka in Assam to Kohima in Nagaland, following its expansion in Assam earlier this year.
BharatBenz currently has 32 sales and service sites in DICV's native state of Tamil Nadu, giving integrated service support to clients with an average distance of 70 kilometers between the two service centers. The most recent 3S facility in Trichy is 1.52 lakh square feet in size and can service more than 2,500 automobiles per year.
Furthermore, the facility has a large client lounge with 10 resting beds for the comfort of truck drivers, as well as convenient access to the workshop for drivers who want to monitor the progress of their vehicle being serviced.
BharatBenz dealerships are placed on the Golden Quadrilateral's key national and state routes, enabling ease and flexibility to every sort of consumer across the length and width of India, covering the North-South and East-West corridors. According to the company, each location is chosen to be within 2.5 hours of clients.
