A winner of the Red Dot Award 2023 for product design is AYRO, Inc., a designer and producer of specially designed electric delivery vehicles and solutions for micro-distribution, micro-mobility, and last-mile delivery.

In addition, AYRO received the Frost & Sullivan North American New Product Innovation Award. AYRO has also obtained a utility and design patent for the AYRO Vanish and has filed several others, as well as numerous foundational patents in the realm of sustainability.

The AYRO Vanish is a utility LSEV inspired by nature and created with little environmental effect in mind. This new LSEV was created with the company's SchlagerNull method, a design concept that allows you to exist in, explore, or observe a physical area without affecting it or leaving any trace of presence upon departure.

The Vanish has several innovative features, such as customizable and highly adaptable bed configurations, low thermal signature, large contact patch soft tyres to reduce contact pressure, and technologies that eliminate toxins from steering and control systems, as well as a range of more than 50 miles / 80 kilometers on a single charge.

The vehicle is ideally proportioned to easily maneuver resorts, campuses, and urban environments, both indoors and outdoors, while carrying big loads for last-mile delivery - jobs that most competing vehicles simply are not equipped to perform.

The Red Dot Award is a highly prominent award given to the best items in product design from across the world each year. This year's Red Dot Prize received submissions from 60 nations. Products were examined across 51 different categories for the 2023 edition, with a jury of 43 members tasked with picking the most deserving designs.

To determine if a product entry satisfied the criteria for a Red Dot Award, the jury evaluated it using four design principles: socio-cultural character, technical focus area, and design expertise. Receiving a Red Dot Award demonstrates the extraordinary quality of the product design as well as the unwavering devotion of the designers who created it.
