Ashok Leyland hopes that this campaign will break down barriers and inspire more women to step behind the wheel.

Ashok Leyland, the flagship firm of the Hinduja Group, has launched a new campaign called "Embrace Equality" to commemorate International Women's Day. This program will train 100 women in Delhi to drive big commercial vehicles.
The program is an attempt to create equal chances for women, and the company is inviting 100 women in Delhi to receive commercial vehicle driving training at Ashok Leyland's Driver Training Institute.
The campaign intends to improve the view of women in the commercial vehicle industry. As a part of the initiative, Ashok Leyland will provide training at its cutting-edge facility, where female drivers will participate in a specially created training module to prepare them to drive in a variety of terrains and situations. They will also receive self-defence training to help them deal with any potentially dangerous situations at work.
Ashok Leyland has announced a collaboration with the Delhi government's Mission Parivartan initiative to train 180 women, many of whom are now engaged as bus drivers with the Delhi Transportation Corporation.
The company, Ashok Leyland takes pleasure in providing chances to people of all races, genders, abilities, and backgrounds. Nowadays, no job is defined by gender.
Traditionally, heavy commercial vehicle driving has been a man's domain; however, Ashok Leyland hopes that this campaign will break down barriers and inspire more women to step behind the wheel.
