Senior officials of the company claim that the used commercial vehicle industry is ready for change. There are numerous opportunities for the brand to provide customer-centric solutions by leveraging the digital platform.
"This used vehicle e-marketplace solution marks a significant milestone in our digital transformation journey," said the CEO.
In a statement, the heavy commercial vehicle manufacturer Ashok Leyland stated that it intends to promote openness in the usually disorganized used vehicle ecosystem.
The digital service would provide users with a variety of options, including the ability to select preferred automobiles and certified paperwork.
