However, we at Daimler Truck see this as a significant opportunity, and we want to seize it. Strong, dependable, and long-term relationships with our suppliers are now more important than ever. Together, we are making diesel engines more efficient and clean. At the same time, we are accelerating zero-emission drives and enhancing our vehicles' intelligence with electronics and software. We are proud and grateful to be able to collaborate with such great partners, as we can only influence the future together."

Dr. Marcus Schoenenberg, Head of Global Procurement & Supplier Management at Daimler Truck, stated, "We want to lead the way in sustainable transportation. To be successful, we need suppliers who share our vision, contribute their ideas, and see us as a trusted and strong partner. That's what we hope to express during the Supplier Summit."

Daimler Truck held five workshops and a panel discussion with its partners on themes such as autonomous driving, supply chain sustainability, and macroeconomic changes.
