SANY India has introduced its latest line-up of 39 machines at EXCON 2025, covering excavation, mining, material handling, hoisting, road equipment, and electric logistics solutions. This year’s display highlights the company’s push toward electrification, efficiency, and digital intelligence to support India’s infrastructure expansion.
The exhibit is aligned with the EXCON 2025 theme, “Chariots of Development – Every Man. Every Machine. Every Minute. Working Towards Viksit Bharat.”
Deepak Garg, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of SANY India & South Asia, said the new products bring global innovation with improved intelligence, higher efficiency, and sustainable performance to boost customer productivity.
SANY is showcasing PRO series and next-gen excavators, including:
SY33C PRO, SY38U PRO, SY150C PRO, SY220C-9 XL SPARC+, SY390C-10 HD GraMa+
These models are designed for urban development, quarry work, and mining.
Two new electric excavators have also been launched:
SY215EP – 21-ton cable-operated electric excavator with a 150 kW motor
SY375EP – 38-ton class electric excavator with a 200 kW motor and 1140 Nm torque
Both operate on 3-phase AC power and offer up to 3x lower operating costs compared to diesel models.
SANY has launched 3-ton and 5-ton electric forklifts with:
IP67 protection
Liquid-cooled systems
Lithium-ion batteries
Suitable for ports, steel plants, and logistics operations.
The SR235 MIII multifunctional drilling rig supports rotary, CFA, cased, and low-headroom piling applications.
The segment will also showcase fully electric heavy-duty trucks offering nearly 70% lower operating costs.
New offerings include:
SY680EP – 65-ton electric excavator
SW956E – electric loader
SW978K Pro – diesel loader
SANY is displaying the SRC400CR BS-V rough-terrain crane, suitable for industrial and infrastructure works.
New machines include:
11-ton single drum roller
9-ton double drum roller
9-tyre pneumatic roller
Sanjay Saxena, COO of SANY India, shared that the entire line-up has been engineered based on continuous feedback from contractors, fleet operators, and mining professionals. All machines have been developed to meet Indian operating conditions and project needs.
SANY India operates a large production unit in Chakan, Pune, set up in 2012 with an investment of over INR 1000 crore.
