CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH, has inaugurated its first Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) Brandstore in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, marking an important step in expanding its direct presence in southern India.
The new facility is spread across 5,300 sq. ft. and is located on the Trichy–Dindugal Road. Its strategic position allows CASE to serve major construction and infrastructure regions including Ariyalur, Perambalur, Thanjavur, Madurai, and Tirunelveli, strengthening the brand’s reach across Tamil Nadu and nearby markets.
The Tiruchirappalli COCO Brandstore is designed to provide end-to-end customer support. It includes:
Two fully equipped service bays
A dedicated workshop
A warehouse stocking nearly 700 parts lines
Trained service engineers
Service vans and advanced diagnostic tools
This setup ensures faster service response, improved machine uptime, and reliable aftersales support for customers in the region.
Emre Karazli, Vice President - Construction Segment, CASE Construction Equipment, highlighted India’s global significance for the brand. He stated that India is one of CASE’s most strategically important markets due to both the scale of infrastructure development and the country’s contribution to global operations. He added that the new Trichy COCO Brandstore strengthens customer proximity while reinforcing India’s role in CASE’s worldwide growth.
Shalabh Chaturvedi, Managing Director, CASE Construction Equipment – India & SAARC, noted that India’s infrastructure priorities align closely with CASE’s long-term vision. He emphasized Tiruchirappalli’s importance due to consistent activity in roads, irrigation, industrial, and public infrastructure. According to him, the new brandstore enables closer customer engagement and helps deliver consistent service support as infrastructure development accelerates across Tamil Nadu.
The Tiruchirappalli brandstore showcases Stage V-compliant construction machines and offers genuine parts support for customers across the surrounding districts. To further strengthen service coverage, the Tirunelveli branch will provide additional spare parts support, ensuring wider and more efficient service reach across southern Tamil Nadu.
