In this article, we will discuss the Advantages of Altigreen three-wheeler in India.
Altigreen aims to lead in EV technology by offering innovative last-mile electric vehicles.

In today's competitive logistics and transportation industry, efficiency and cost-effectiveness are crucial. Altigreen's electric vehicles (EVs) stand out as a smart investment for fleet owners, offering significant savings and operational advantages that outpace traditional diesel and CNG vehicles

Altigreen, a Bangalore-based start-up, aims to lead the world toward zero-emissions by developing affordable and accessible clean transportation solutions.

As the electric vehicle industry grows rapidly, Altigreen aims to lead in EV technology by offering innovative last-mile electric vehicles in India. Their goal is to provide a strong alternative to traditional internal combustion engine vehicles in India, focusing on performance, cost, and ownership experience.

Founded in 2013, Altigreen has developed its design and manufacturing capabilities to cater to the evolving needs of the Indian EV market. Their flagship product, the neEV, is an electric cargo three-wheeler tailored for Indian roads.

It offers modern features, ease of driving, and variants like flatbed, high deck, and low deck to suit various cargo and logistics requirements. Altigreen offers a range of electric three-wheelers in India with prices ranging from ₹3.55 Lakh to ₹4.36 Lakh.

The top three Altigreen three wheeler models include the Altigreen neEV High Deck, price start from ₹4.32 Lakh; the Altigreen neEV Low Deck, starting at ₹4.08 Lakh; and the Altigreen neEV TEZ, price in India starts from ₹3.55 Lakh. In this article, we will discuss the Advantages of Altigreen three-wheeler in India.

Advantages of Altigreen three-wheeler

Earn More per Kilometer

One of the most compelling reasons to switch to an Altigreen EV is the cost per kilometer. Each kilometer on an Altigreen EV costs ₹ 0.92. Diesel 3-wheelers cost ₹ 4.40 per kilometer, while CNG vehicles cost ₹ 3.20.

Altigreen three-wheeler can save you up to ₹ 10L in operational costs over its lifespan. These savings can be used to expand your EV fleet, expand your network, or develop your business.

Experience zero range anxiety

Altigreen's EVs have an ARAI-rated range of 151 kilometers. On a single charge, a fully loaded electric three wheeler may easily travel more than 120 kilometers. The 11 kWh battery provides a long range with fewer recharge stops. Altigreen EVs provide range confidence and ensure peaceful, hassle-free trips.

Extra space allows you to carry extra cargo

Have a heavy load to transport and need more space for more packages? Altigreen's robust High Deck (950 kg GVW) provides 20% more space than other three-wheelers in its class. Its large 177 cu ft (5 cu mt) container allows you to carry, deliver, and earn more.

Best-in-class Ground Clearance

Monsoons and poor road conditions can have a significant impact on timely delivery. Altigreen vehicles have the best-in-class ground clearance of 220 mm, making them ideal for traversing any road conditions, including potholes and wet roads. You may now drive smoothly through any terrain.

Peak Performance and High Torque

A fully loaded Altigreen EV can effortlessly climb a steep ramp, navigate uneven roads, and accelerate when the light turns green. This is made possible by a powerful 3-phase 8.25 kW engine that spins at 10,000 RPM, produces 810 Nm (at the wheels), and reaches a high speed of 53 kmph. Altigreen's excellent technology offers maximum speed and efficiency across all models and road conditions.

Maximum speed of 53 kmph

The logistics and transportation industries rely heavily on speed for profitability. The sooner you deliver one load, the faster you can prepare for the next.

Loaded three-wheelers frequently struggle to get speed. Altigreen's powerful motor and substantial battery provide rapid acceleration, a high speed of 53 kmph, and a comfortable range between charges.

Smooth, fatigue-free driving

Drivers of diesel/CNG vehicles frequently report exhaustion, weariness, and wrist pain. Altigreen's electric vehicles contain only an accelerator and a brake. There is no clutch to compress or shift gears. Without a noisy, shaking combustion engine, the vehicle is vibration-free and virtually silent.

Whole-body vibration is a major source of driver weariness and drowsiness, which contributes to accidents. In addition to being vibration-free, Altigreen EVs offer dual front shocks and independent rear suspensions, resulting in exceptionally smooth rides. For drivers, this results into a comfortable, fatigue-free riding experience.

Waterproof and weatherproof

It is usually difficult to travel in the rain or manage flooded roadways. There is constant anxiety that the vehicle will stop, leaving the driver isolated.

Altigreen EVs offer the best ground clearance in their class at 220 mm, as well as an IP67-rated (dustproof and waterproof) battery and motor. This reduces wet monsoon roadways to a minor inconvenience.

Fast Charging in 3.5 hours

An Altigreen EV may be back on the road after only 3.5 hours of charging at 0% SOC. A fully loaded vehicle can travel at least 120 kilometers on a single charge.

The company recently launched Altigreen Tez, a fast-charging three wheeler in India. Tez is powered by a custom battery pack produced by the company's partner Exponent Energy and takes only 15 minutes to fully charge from zero. On a full charge, it can travel 80-85 kilometers, which is enough for most deliveries.

Built for Indian roads

Altigreen's electric vehicles are designed to be strong and durable throughout an extended service life. Importantly, they are designed to meet India's rigorous road conditions, driving habits, and environmental criteria. Potholes, wet roads, overloading, and many starts and stops are all part of Altigreen EVs' daily routine. Made in and for India.
