VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) joined the World EV Day 2025 celebrations by showcasing its progress in electric mobility and reaffirming its commitment to clean and sustainable transportation. The company highlighted its ecosystem-led approach, which goes beyond making electric vehicles to include charging infrastructure, connected services, and sustainable manufacturing practices.

These products are already being deployed across Indian cities and gaining popularity in staff and school transportation.
To support customers with reliable charging access, VECV has partnered with multiple Charging Point Operators. This collaboration gives Eicher EV users access to thousands of charging points across India, ensuring smooth adoption of electric mobility.

Currently, 42% of VECV’s energy requirements are met by renewable sources, powered by a 75 MW captive solar capacity. The company has set a target to increase renewable energy usage to 70% by FY27.
In addition, the Bhopal facility features a 52-million-litre rainwater harvesting reservoir capable of supporting operations for up to four months. This step aligns with VECV’s target of becoming water-positive by 2030.
