TVS Motor Company has introduced ‘TVS KING Ka Vaada 3.0’, an upgraded customer support programme for its three-wheeler range. The initiative aims to expand ownership benefits and provide stronger financial and social security for customers. The company announced the launch on Thursday, highlighting new features that extend beyond vehicle ownership to include personal and family protection.

Key Features of TVS KING Ka Vaada 3.0

The programme offers a mix of vehicle-related services and insurance-linked benefits. Customers receive personal accidental coverage of up to ₹10 lakh in case of death or permanent disability. The plan also includes education assistance of ₹1 lakh per child for up to two children under similar circumstances. Additionally, a daily hospitalisation benefit of ₹4,000 is available for up to 30 days.

Vehicle owners benefit from extended warranty coverage, three free maintenance services, and roadside assistance. These services aim to reduce downtime and ensure operational continuity for three-wheeler operators. The initiative targets commercial operators who rely on daily earnings, helping to provide greater financial stability.

Coverage Across TVS King Portfolio

The TVS KING Ka Vaada 3.0 programme covers the entire TVS King portfolio. This includes both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicle (EV) models in passenger and cargo segments.

Passenger Segment Details

ICE variants such as the TVS King Deluxe and TVS King Duramax Plus come with a two-year warranty, three free services, and one year of roadside assistance. The electric passenger model, TVS King EV Max, offers a six-year warranty, three free services, and three years of roadside assistance.

Cargo Segment Details

In the cargo segment, models like the TVS King Kargo HD and TVS King Kargo HD EV are covered with up to six years of warranty. These models also receive three free services and three years of roadside assistance. All models benefit from the personal and family protection features included in the programme.
