Omega Seiki Mobility to launch new EVs and open a UAE factory by November, with major plans for electric buses, trucks, and global expansion.

Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM), an EV maker, is on a rapid expansion path. The company is working on the launch of new electric vehicles, entering new international markets, and aiming for a public listing all within the next 18 months. The biggest news is the launch of a new facility in the UAE, which will become operational by November.
This plant will manufacture electric vehicles for export to markets like the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Ecuador, and South Africa. Founder and Chairman Uday Narang confirmed the plans and said the UAE unit would act as the company’s global hub for Middle East and Africa operations. “The first product will roll out in November,” he added.
Omega Seiki is gearing up to launch a fully electric 9-metre low-floor bus for government and fleet applications.The company expects this model to grab 40% market share in its segment. This B2G-focused vehicle is expected to hit the market within the next year.

OSM is also developing a luxury electric high-deck bus for intercity travel. This B2C version is set to launch in the next 18 months, targeting premium travellers seeking sustainable mobility. The buses are being built in collaboration with a Swedish partner.
Omega Seiki is also entering the electric truck segment with a fresh lineup ranging from 1-ton to 10-ton models. First to launch is the MK1A, a 1-tonne electric truck with a starting price under ₹7 lakh. This truck will go head-to-head with Tata Motors’ ACE EV, making it a direct rival in the small commercial vehicle space.
Other electric truck variants (3-ton, 7-ton, and 10-ton) are under development and will be introduced in phases. These trucks are aimed at expanding OSM’s footprint in the logistics and goods transport markets.
Entry into CNG and Green Fuel Segments
Apart from battery-electric vehicles, OSM is also looking at alternative fuels. A new CNG-powered three-wheeler is expected within the next six months. Additionally, the company is actively exploring hydrogen fuel and green energy solutions as part of its long-term sustainability roadmap.
