Mahindra expands commercial vehicle network in Bengaluru with 3S dealership, iMAXX telematics, and strong after-sales support.

Mahindra & Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Division has launched a new 3S (Sales, Service, Spares) dealership in Bengaluru, further expanding its commercial vehicle presence in Karnataka. Operated by M/s NorthStar Motors Pvt. Ltd., this facility is Mahindra Trucks and Buses 84th dealership in India.
Spread across 34,000 square feet with nine service bays, the dealership is equipped to service more than eight vehicles daily. It offers driver lodging, 24-hour breakdown assistance, and AdBlue availability. The facility supports the full range of Mahindra commercial vehicles, including heavy commercial vehicles (HCV), intermediate commercial vehicles (ICV), light commercial vehicles (LCV), and buses.
Vinod Sahay, Executive Chairman of SML Isuzu Ltd. and President of Trucks, Buses & Construction Equipment at Mahindra Group, highlighted that Mahindra currently holds about 7% market share in the truck and bus segment and 24% in the I&LCV bus category. The company plans to increase this to 10–12% by FY31 and over 20% by FY36.
Dr. Venkat Srinivas, ED & CEO of SML Isuzu Ltd. and Business Head of Mahindra Trucks, Buses & Construction Equipment, emphasized Mahindra’s customer-first approach. Features like the iMAXX telematics system and double service guarantees on select models-including BLAZO X, FURIO,OPTIMO, and JAYO, ensure faster vehicle turnaround times. Financial compensation is offered if service commitments are delayed.
Mahindra’s after-sales network now includes 88 3S dealerships, over 180 authorized service centers, 80 customer care centers, more than 2,000 spares retailers, and over 200 mobile service vans. Customers also have access to the 24x7 multi-lingual helpline, NOW 24x7, supported by technical experts.
Mahindra’s HCVs and ICVs are manufactured at the Chakan, Pune plant, while LCVs and buses are produced at Zaheerabad, Telangana. All vehicles are equipped with the iMAXX telematics platform, which provides fleet monitoring, vehicle health tracking, and driver performance analytics, ensuring efficiency and reliability for fleet operators.
