JK Tyre has named Mandar Deo as President-India, strengthening its leadership team. The company operates 11 facilities, produces over 35 million tyres annually, and focuses on innovation and sustainability.
JK Tyre & Industries Limited has appointed Mr. Mandar Deo as President-India. He will report to Dr. Raghupati Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director, and Mr. Anshuman Singhania, Managing Director. Mr. Deo will be based in Delhi.
Mr. Mandar Deo, aged 50, brings over 20 years of leadership experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Pune University, a master's degree, and a PhD from Penn State University. He also earned an MBA from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University. Mr. Deo has held senior roles at Exide Energy Solutions Limited, Cummins India, and Cummins Inc.
Dr. Raghupati Singhania welcomed Mr. Deo to JK Tyre. He expressed confidence in Mr. Deo's ability to provide strong leadership and guide the company on a new growth path. The appointment is a key part of JK Tyre’s strategy to strengthen its leadership and expand its market presence.
