Hindustan Zinc Limited has taken a major step towards sustainable transportation by launching Rajasthan’s first and largest electric bus fleet. The initiative was flagged off at the Zinc Smelter Debari plant in Udaipur in partnership with Enviiiro Wheels Mobility Pvt. Ltd..

This move marks a key milestone in the company’s green mobility journey and aligns with its long-term climate goals.

41 Electric Buses Planned Across Rajasthan Operations

The newly launched fleet is part of a larger plan to deploy 41 electric buses across Hindustan Zinc’s operations in Rajasthan. These buses will mainly be used for employee transportation, replacing conventional diesel buses.
