Bolt.Earth and Atul Greentech Private Limited have joined hands to launch a nationwide home charging programme for electric three-wheeler owners. The initiative aims to make EV ownership simpler and more convenient by providing professionally installed home chargers along with guidance on safe charging practices.
The programme ensures that every Atul Greentech electric three-wheeler comes with a home charging solution as a standard feature. It is designed to tackle challenges related to charging accessibility and convenience, a key factor in increasing electric vehicle adoption in India. While public charging networks have grown rapidly, home-based charging remains essential, especially for commercial three-wheeler operators who rely on daily charging.
The partnership will be rolled out in three phases over three years:
Phase One – Strategic planning and process integration between Bolt.Earth and Atul Greentech.
Phase Two – Nationwide deployment of home chargers through Atul Greentech’s dealer network, accompanied by joint branding and customer awareness campaigns.
Phase Three – Performance optimisation, smart charging solutions, renewable energy integration, and advanced EV maintenance services.
Bolt.Earth will handle charger installation, maintenance, uptime management, technical support, real-time data access, and billing services. Atul Greentech will ensure integration of the charging programme across its dealers, drive adoption among customers, and link vehicle warranties with approved home charging systems.
Bolt.Earth currently operates over 100,000 chargers in more than 1,800 cities and towns, making it one of India’s largest EV charging providers. The company’s goal is to make EV charging as seamless and reliable as everyday electronics.
Atul Greentech, backed by investor Vijay Kedia and launched in 2020 by Atul Auto Limited, focuses on electric three-wheeler manufacturing. The company builds on 30 years of experience in the three-wheeler industry.
The partnership also plans to expand into renewable-powered charging, predictive maintenance, and new markets, further strengthening integrated solutions for commercial EV adoption in India.
