Key Highlights

Force Motors Limited has reported a modest growth in vehicle sales for September 2025. The company sold a total of 2,610 units, marking a 1.79% increase compared to 2,564 units sold in September 2024. The rise reflects steady performance across its commercial and utility vehicle segments, supported by stronger export demand.

Domestic Market Performance Remains Steady

In the Indian market, 2,486 units were sold during September 2025, compared to 2,449 units in the same month last year. This represents a 1.51% growth in domestic sales. Despite facing intense competition in the commercial vehicle space, Force Motors managed to maintain its market position and consistent demand among fleet operators and small business owners.

Domestic sales accounted for around 95% of the company’s total volume, reaffirming the brand’s strong presence in India’s commercial transportation sector.

Exports Show Stronger Growth

Exports contributed positively to the company’s performance, with 124 units shipped in September 2025, up from 115 units in September 2024. This marks a 7.83% growth, nearly five times higher than the domestic growth rate.

Out of the total exports, 15 units were deemed exports, highlighting the company’s growing international outreach. The consistent export demand supports Force Motors’ strategy to expand its footprint in global markets.

Official Filing and Compliance Details

The sales information was officially submitted to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on October 5, 2025, as part of the company’s routine disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The disclosure was signed by Rohan Sampat, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Force Motors Limited, ensuring compliance with transparency norms for listed companies.

Broader Market Context

The slight growth in Force Motors’ domestic sales indicates resilience amid changing market dynamics and competition. Small and light commercial vehicles remain a key part of India’s transport and logistics network, catering to businesses from small traders to large logistics firms.

Industry-wide sales are currently being shaped by economic recovery, improving infrastructure, and better financing options. These factors collectively influence purchase decisions in the commercial vehicle segment.

Contribution to Quarterly Results

The September 2025 performance will contribute to Force Motors Q2 results for FY2025–26. Monthly sales updates like these are part of the company’s regular reporting, helping investors and market watchers assess performance trends and market outlook.

Such disclosures enhance transparency and give stakeholders valuable insights into the company’s operational health and future growth trajectory.
