According to Women and Child Development Minister Aditi Tatkare, more than 1.10 crore women were unable to complete their e-KYC due to:
Server and technical errors
Network issues in rural areas
Natural disasters are affecting several districts
Difficulty in accessing online services on time
Considering these challenges, the government extended the deadline, allowing women more time to verify their details without stress.
The government has introduced an important rule change:
Women whose husbands or fathers have passed away, or who are divorced, must complete their own e-KYC personally.
They must also submit:
Death certificate of husband/father

These documents must be submitted to the district Women and Child Development Officer.
This step ensures transparency and stability in the scheme.

Enter the OTP received on your Aadhaar-linked mobile number
The system checks if your e-KYC is already completed
