The Madhya Pradesh government has released the 24th installment of the Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana 2025, a flagship scheme aimed at empowering women in the state. Under this scheme, ₹1250 has been transferred directly to the bank accounts of over 1.27 crore women throughDirect Benefit Transfer (DBT).

The 24th installment was officially released on May 15, 2025, by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav during a special program held in Sidhi, as part of his one-day tour of Rewa and Sidhi districts in the Vindhya region.
During this program, ₹1552.38 crore was transferred to the accounts of 1.27 crore Ladli sisters across Madhya Pradesh. The previous installment (23rd) was released on April 16, 2025.
Since the launch of the scheme in June 2023, a total of 24 monthly installments have been given to beneficiaries. Additionally, two special installments of ₹250 each were issued during the Rakhi festival.
Total amount transferred (June 2023 - April 2025): ₹35,329 crore
Amount transferred (Jan 2024 - April 2025): ₹25,332 crore
Total number of beneficiaries: 1.29 crore women
The Ladli Behna Yojana, also known as Mahila Arthik Shaktikaran Yojana, was started in 2023 by former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, who is now the Union Agriculture Minister. The scheme is regarded as a revolutionary step for women's financial empowerment in the state.

If you are a beneficiary of the Ladli Behna Yojana, here’s how you can check whether the installment has been credited to your bank account:
1. Check Payment Status Online
Visit the official website: cmladlibahna.mp.gov.in
Click on the "Application and Payment Status" option.
Enter your Application Number or Samagra ID, fill in the captcha, and click on “Send OTP.”
Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click “Search.”
You will see the payment status, including the amount credited and the date of transfer.
2. Check via Bank Passbook or Net Banking
Update your bank passbook or
Login to your net banking/mobile banking app and check recent transactions.
If credited, the transaction will show "Ladli Behna Yojana" or "DBT" with an amount of ₹1250.
If you haven’t received your payment or are unable to see the payment status, follow these steps:
1. Call the Helpline

Keep your Samagra ID, Aadhaar Card, and Application ID ready before calling.
2. Register a Complaint
Visit the official portal and file an online complaint.
