Gromax Agri Equipment Ltd. (formerly Mahindra Gujarat Tractor Ltd.) has launched eight new tractors across the 2WD and 4WD categories in multiple horsepower segments. The company, a joint venture between Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and the Government of Gujarat, has also introduced India’s first factory-fitted cabin tractor under 50 HP, marking a milestone in the sub-50 HP segment.
Fuel-efficient Gromax diesel engines power the new lineup and feature world-class gearbox technology. These tractors are designed for reliability, durability, and ease of operation across multiple farming applications such as orchard farming, inter-cultivation, areca-nut cultivation, puddling, and haulage.
Under the Trakstar Kavach Series, Gromax has launched India’s first factory-fitted cabin tractor below 50 HP. The cabin is designed to enhance operator comfort and productivity with:
Protection from dust, heat, and rain
Ergonomic seating for comfort during long hours
Reduced fatigue and enhanced efficiency
The non-air-conditioned version is available immediately, while the air-conditioned variant will be introduced in the next phase. This innovation offers small and medium farmers a cost-effective solution for year-round comfort and better working conditions.
